What you'll be doing

As our HR Operations Specialist, you are the go-to person for all things HR within PlanBlue. In this role, you will help the leadership maintain structure and regulatory compliance as we scale. You ensure that our administration runs smoothly and that new hires experience a smooth onboarding process. You will be responsible for preparing and filing contracts, ensuring the completeness and filing of visas, and tracking vacations and benefits. In this role, you will become part of the operations team and work shoulder to shoulder with our founders. Moreover: 

  • Act as a liaison for recruiters, staying up-to-date about the hiring process and sharing the hiring needs of the company.

  • Assist with the development of HR policies and procedures.

  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in an HR team where you mastered the basics.

  • Bonus: legal background in employment law

  • A self-organized work attitude that fits perfectly in a fluid environment.

  • Ready to work hybrid - we need you in the Bremen office at least 3 days per week.

  • Fluency in English and German - you love to write appealing content and like presenting our company.
